Hi and welcome to our helpful site. The core members here are all computer technicians or programmers with various specialities who enjoy answering questions and getting to the bottom of problems. You are very welcome to ask or answer questions.

The forum software has just been upgraded so please be kind enough to let us know if you have problems finding something or if you think something isn't working quite right. Click on the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page and fill in the form.

Membership to this forum is free. English is the most used language here, but we do have a few techs here who can help in other languages.

You can sign up any time but we do ask you to make sure that you when you ask a question or post an answer you remember that the whole world can read what you wrote and many people dislike reading swearing or personal attacks.

Yes it's frustrating getting your computer / laptop / mobile device working properly but it takes longer to help you if we have to read your rant or insults.

A lot of people don't like having to sign up for yet another password, so we will be offering membership using your Facebook account. If you don't have Facebook you can always use the contact us link at the bottom of the page and fill in the form and we will see what we can do to help.
