I don't know, but I've done a lot of business with newegg and have no complaints about their customer service or pricing, so I can't really comment on the merits of the suit.Quote:

I think it may be more on the valuation of the company, or with investors that the fraud allegedly took place. Not on the customer sales side...at least that's the way I read it.
I use them a lot also. But a judgement against them would have to affect the sales side, at some level.
Kind of surprising, but who knows. Interested to see what happens.
