Much has disappeared
Here in this forum, a lot of content is no longer here. I miss the "What Are You Reading" or whatever it was. I found some good stuff to read in there. coming here reminds me that many of us have known each other for a very long time, some even in "real life". Remember when we were about free tech support? Some of the names from the deep past live on in my memories.
I don't care what they say, most of you guys are very cool. :)

I am so sad to see this forum as a shell of its once popular self. Even though I never met anyone in person, I considered many my friends.

I must admit that I check the website almost every day and yes, hardly any activity at all.
It was really neat that I got to meet Pinnacle in person when he came through this part of Texas. I'm guessing about 2 years ago now. Would really like to meet more but I'm guessing that's not likely.

y'all are too damn far away

It is sad, but I guess the days of forum posts for tech support are mostly long gone. Mostly everything you need to find nowadays can be found with a quick google search that requires no posting on the searchers part. It's been a good 20+ years with all of you folks...... :(

We are the tv repairmen of the 70's.....

I pop in occasionally. Seems most of the 'community' aspect of it has been taken over by social media in one form or another. And this hasn't really been a tech support forum in a LONG TIME.
I'd still come here to chat with y'all but it seems like it's a ghost town and there's no content. :-(

Check the support forums. I am stumped, and about to post a tech inquiry.

I still peek in once in awhile. Sadly the days of message boards are long gone. I remember donating to Driverguy to get this going.

PC's and general tech has lost the battle to throw away electronics that no one fixes.
