Interesting that you posted that. My own team played Wigan Athletic this season, (see that badge on his arm, this is what it should look like)...
Anyway, Watford won the game but I was mighty impressed with Wigan, who I thought were very good and didn't deserve to lose. At that time they were near the bottom of the table, so the odds on a top 6 finish were quite high. I slapped 20 pounds on a bet back in November and they finished 5th! A nice little addition to my Vegas fund!
The thing with soccer fans going topless began quite a few years ago. I think it was a load of Newcastle fans at Arsenal spent the whole match without their shirts on, and it was snowing all game. Absolute lunatics. It caught on and people do it every game now, especially in the away support.

Personally when I go to Soccer games as a supporter I wear up to 5 layers. The chaps and me sometimes have to squeeze into our seats, and it's not because of the body size!

On a related note, on your adventure to Vegas, make sure to take in the restaurant, Dick's Last Resort. You'll enjoy it. That's my good friend with the waiter.....The waiter is not wearing a shirt....
