I don't know how to feel. Do I want the guy who bought it to enjoy it and have it last him a while, or do I want it to croak on him the 3rd time he drives it so I don;t feel like I dumped her too early.

There is always seller's remorse just like there is buyer's remorse. I would take about half the money and buy your wife a gift, then see if you can't get a blowjob or two out of it. That should remove most of the stress.
