    Get better man.

    My Grandfather always said

    Don't sweat petty things
    and
    Don't pet sweaty things

    both are good advice

Wow JaxSon you have had a hard time recently. Not much I can do other than offer my very best wishes for your health and family. That's going to be one h*ll of a scar!

Some of us stress, (I'm one), and some of us handle difficulties well. As Mobile says, time for the kids to step up and take some of that stress away from their Dad.

    Take care.

It's about recognizing when your mind is wandering and getting it back on track. It requires effort, but you learn to tune out anxieties about things you can't control, tendencies to overthink problems, and helps you concentrate on more effective solutions to problems.
Yoga is my vice to ease the stresses of the day. I try to go once a week, can't really do it at home. I could do the stretches, but the breathing and mind relaxing is much easier to achieve in the class when there is someone leading the process...

Stress is part of why I smoked cigarettes for so many years. But since cigarettes were killing me, I gave them up and started hiking and running instead. Exercise in any form is definitely the best way to reduce stress.

Stress release by rubbing one out only affects vision, and face it, none of us is getting any younger.

Another great discipline, and one that has the added advantage of physical conditioning and strength training.

so sorry to hear this. Glad you're on the mend. I'm probably not one to give advice about dealing with stress because lately I also feel like i'm hanging by a string and even the smallest things that go wrong are insurmountable and devastating, so let me say that I understand and hope you can just deal with shit as it comes and try to not let it make you crazy stressed out.
