    Evernote is awesome!

I tried about 3 times in the past several years to get into Evernote. I always read about how people say it's so great. But I could never see it and every time I've tried it, I never lasted more than week with it. Finally last night a light switch turned on. I'm hooked now. I have it on the MBP laptop, iPad, iPhone and Windows work computer. Heck, if I had an Android device I'd have it on that too. It works on everything. It's free but limited to only 60mb of data syncing traffic per month -- which is hardly enough. So I paid $45 for a year of syncing between devices. That includes 1gb of traffic. It has browser extensions to clip web pages. You can organize with notebooks, notes or even notebook stacks. It keeps a localized database that you can save or archive. You can import or export your database so that if something drastic happened you wouldn't lose everything. There are also extra apps to get. Like Penultimate. So this is what you would use for drawing or sketching. And there is Skitch that allows you to annotate things. There are many other apps that work together with it too. So overall i'm not sure how I have lived my life without this. It is great! Do any of you use Evernote? Or something similar? Maybe OneNote?

Somebody e-mail Webhead and tell him his account has been hacked and somebody is now spamming us about Evernote.

LOL. Sorry. I'm this guy who came late to the Evernote party and now I'm all excited about using it.

OneNote, I use it for shopping lists mainly. Sounds like Evernote has more functionality but not anything I would personally need.

Try OurGroceries for shopping lists. Super easy to add and remove items.

We all have that on our phones in my household. Super awesome way to make sure nothing gets forgotten on the next Walmart, grocery store trip, etc.

We use it for a lot more than that too. We have a "movies to watch" list, a "books to read" list, a "music to get" list, etc

Me too. I have no idea what it is, but I'm not big on much of anything that has subscription fees so I didn't even bother googling it......

Hmm, I guess I'm the only one into this. But that's understandable. I wasn't even into it as of a week ago. I guess you have to discover a need for it in order for it to be useful.
