    Drunk Flicks

I sometimes have a few too many, and I find myself feeling a bit maudlin or nostalgic. Often, I find myself watching some favorite movies for the umpteenth time. The list is pretty consistent.

    1 Zulu

    2 Top Gun

    3 Forbidden Planet

    4 Silverado

    5 Body Heat

I should add that Romancing the Stone, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Alien, Aliens, and the Last Seduction are often viewed, but they just don't make the top five.

So what are your top five Drunk Flicks?
Yes, Mr. Death... I'll play you a game! But not CHESS !!! BAH... FOOEY! My game is...

    Blind Side
    Shawshank Redemption
    The Lucky One
    Inglorious Basterds
    Harry Potter movies (any)

Lots of good movies being mentioned. Over the past year or so I have enjoyed Moneyball and Trouble with the Curve multiple times. Just a coincidence they are both baseball movies.

As long as I am on a sports theme, I can watch Rudy over and over again too. I got to meet him once.

Come on and man up. You know there's a short list of flicks you watch when you're tanked. Spill the beans, Bubba. Just please don't put Sweet Home Alabama on your list.

Well of course I do. So, do you maybe have a closet addiction to Rocky that you prefer not to reveal?

I don't drink, but I have a few I watch more than any others.

    1) Above The Law
    2) The Two Towers
    3) Young Guns
    4) The Blues Brothers
    5) The Avengers

There are a few more, but less frequent. I watch some other earlier Seagal movies, but not as much as the first one. I also watch a lot of concerts on DVD.
