Will the batteries be replaceable? Will it come in other colors besides white and black?
If you have a flat tire will you be able to swap the tire or will it require an iShop to iTow it away?

So it turns out Apple is not just competing in this market, they are buying the market: http://www.valuewalk.com/2015/02/app...-to-buy-tesla/

Wow! Craziness to think that Elon Musk will soon be an Apple exec.

Nope. Not true. It is a speculation blog based on an article that Jobs would have bought Tesla.

Even if Apple wanted to buy Tesla, without direct to customer sales Tesla's market valuation is inflated if you look at real numbers. Shareholders don't like that.
"But I got it because I'm an iSheep who needs to have all my stuff have an Apple logo on it."

Another link,... I guess lots of discussion going on about this: http://www.imore.com/ex-gm-ceo-warns...nst-making-car

Allow me to paraphrase,... So basically GM guy is saying, "No Apple. Please don't do to the automotive industry what you did to the cellular/mobile device industry. You know, make it so that people enjoy the products and all that. We are quite happy resting on our laurels and our status quo attitude towards customers."

Hard to see Apple being too pleased with state restrictions on Tesla sales which require a middleman (i.e. dealerships). Also Musk seems to be very much a maverick and a hands on guy who would possibly prefer to retain control of Tesla. Can you ever iMagine Apple making any patents royalty free?

Yeah. I guess you are right. Apple is such a failed company. They don't know what they are doing at all. #sarcasm

Just because a company is good at something, does not necessarily mean that they are good at everything.
