Still driving our family 2006 Chrysler Town & Country minivan with a 3.3L V6. Sitting at 213,000. Would be nice to get another 100K. Took out the rear bench seat, put in four high power Jensen 6x9 speakers; sounds great!
So far so good. When we bought it we replaced motor mounts, the oil pan (which was rusty) and line and sway bars I think, plus inspection. that was about $650 and since then the only thing we've had to do is change out the oil pressure switch. We were getting false oil light occasionally.
With picking up another dog we decided we wanted third row seating. price was right at $4250, then we sold our rondo for 4000 so even after what we put into it, it cost us about 1000 bucks once we sold the rondo.

my g/f really liked her van. She would probably still be driving it if the boy did not try to take the front off of it when he t-boned the pickup. Stow n Go was awesome.
"But I got it because I'm an iSheep who needs to have all my stuff have an Apple logo on it."
My parents owned a couple of Plymouths when I was a kid, but I have never owned a Chrysler product. When I went to Austin at the first of the month to take YC to a movie and a book signing, I ended up renting a 2013 Dodge Avenger. Not the best ride I ever had; in fact I'm surprised Marvel hasn't sued them for using the name "Avenger". The car had so much road noise that I pulled over a couple of times to inspect the tires because I really thought the tread was separating. It also handled like a pig.
Part of the original plan for the trip included an overnight stop in San Antonio where I planned to take JaxSon out for a couple of drinks, but that didn't work out. Getting off topic, time to end this post.
