Three U.S. Airmen are about to be awarded two Silver Stars and an Air Force Cross for an engagement in Afghanistan in 2014. Sometimes it's just nice to post something that makes us proud to be Americans. The Air Force Cross ranks just below the Congressional Medal of Honor, and a Silver Star is one tier lower.

I read that article too and was glad to hear about it. It's nice to give these awards to young men who are actually still alive to appreciate them. And their families to appreciate them.
When you're left out of the club, you know it. When you're in the club, you don't see what the problem is.
