A couple days ago, you may or may not have heard that the hitchhiking robot, HitchBot, was "killed" in philly. So, not only did we boo and throw snowballs at Santa Claus, we've now killed a world famous robot. Great...

So, day this happened the story screamed BS to me and I drove by the "death site" and saw no CCTV cameras that would have recorded the video of the eagles fan killing the bot. Found better video of the assault and yeah, its Ed Bassmaster in the video.

Whole thing is going to turn out to just be a publicity stunt IMO. I hope the youtubers didn't actually smash the bot and just made a replica or something.

It went world wide that we destroyed the robot. We just seem to keep piling on reasons why the rest of the world hates us and it is not all political.

On the other hand, someone should have told the robot that bad things in Philly are why the Fresh Prince moved to Bel Air. His mom was right.
