Yeah man, 04 with 78k (which is low for the year) for 15500...i know those things are suposed to hold some value, but I think you could get much newer for around the same price; maybe even lower miles. You can find 2010's and newer in that range...much better tech then an 04.

When I was 19, I stuffed a 302 and a C-4 tranny into a Pinto Station wagon. It was yellow with the fake woodgrain sides. Ran great until all the torque bent the unibody. Had to rope the doors closed....

Ya we had to tube the whole thing to keep it from bending and it allowed us to move the engine back and down and then did a latter bar set up on a ford 9 inch.

Last year we blew the 327 (It was a great engine for high revs) and are in the process of building a 388 Stroker Iron Eagle heads and a 600 lift cam.

There was talk of a big block but we thought it would bend the frame (Even with the tubes)

But a Pinto with a 302.... Thats an interesting sleeper

Did 3 in total. The Pinto, a Mercury Capri, and a Chevy Monza. Bought the kits out of the back of a Hot Rod magazine. For 250.00, you got the motor mounts, headers, modified oil pan and oil pick up and gasket. Had to change rear ends in the Ford and Mercury, but the Monza had a v6 in it, so we left it alone. Had to move radiators in all three. I used to love to wrench. Now I don't even change my own oil....
