How to Properly Clean an AK-47

Inspired by the thread on cleaning a PC. Hicok45 demonstrates proper procedure for cleaning an AK-47: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIEBQQGKxBo

Yup, pretty much right. That thing will shoot and shoot and shoot as long as there is ammo.
The one I had as a service weapon in 1998 was made in 1972, the barrel was chipped inside and it was still dead accurate @100m.
Although TBH our CO was pretty anal about a clean, oiled barrel with no trace of dirt whatsoever.

First off, let me apologize for the typo in hickok45. Anyway I thought this video from Hill Country Rifles in New Braunfels Texas was kinda neat. Hitting a target at 3800 yards (2.16 miles) isn't too shabby. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJbBA445VVw
