I'm sched on fly down to Mexico the first week of December on this very airline, AeroMexico, with a stopover in Monterrey in northern Mexico. I'll try to carry a little baseball bat with me. Let's see, how to get it past TSA...

This is just plain bizarre! Has the snake definitely been identified? What I loved best about the story is this:

bitten in the ass by bugs again. Screw it.

Aeromexico released a statement to The Associated Press acknowledging the plane was given priority landing in Mexico City, where workers then "secured the reptile."
I wonder who was the poor sucker that was sent to "secure the reptile"? Probably the new guy.

I think in this case that would actually be the FNG

What I wanted to post earlier was a quote from AeroMexico that essentially said that they were looking into how the snake had gotten on the plane, but had taken steps to prevent a recurrence. Like you can actually do that without knowing how the snake go on board in the first place. Couldn't even paste the quote in Advanced mode. Too busy, too short tempered to deal at the time.
