New law in FL soon...you can fire a warning shot and not be changed with a crime. I'd have to aim that warning shot right into the base of his skull...

My favorite part of the video was when the talking head said, "now police hope this new video will lead to an arrest." I guess that comparing the videos will help narrow down the field of possible suspects who routinely wear Spiderman masks. So, somebody is supposed to suddenly pop up and say, "Hey, I know that Spiderman mask and those Raebok cross trainers! That's Clarence!"

Yeah, it looks like the change in Florida's criminal code may happen real soon. Good to know that somebody firing a round into the ceiling may soon have the same protections as a guy that blows somebody away because they feel "threatened".
